BleachabilityofPinusKesiyaDiethanolaminePulpYongZhu1,a,JieHe1,b,*,KeliChen1,b1TheResearchCenterofPulpandPaperEngineering,KunmingUniversityofScienceandTechnology,Kunming,650224,China;a543430113@qq.com,bhejie312@126.com,*CorrespondingauthorKeywords:PinusKesiya,DiethanolaminePulping,Bleachability.Abstract.Pinuskesiyawascookedbydiethanolamineandkraftpulpingrespectively.AndtwokindsofpulpwerebleachedbyH2O2andClO2singlestageandmulti-stagebleaching.Then,theirbleachabilitywascompared.TheresultsshowthatpinuskesiyadiethanolaminepulpisdifficulttoachievehigherbrightnessonlybyH2O2orClO2singlestagebleaching,anditsbrightnesscouldexceed80%ISObyOD0ED1multi-stagebleaching.Fordiethanolaminepulp,comparedwithH2O2,ClO2bleachingeffectismoreobvious.Andtheincreaseofdiethanolaminepulpbrightnessislessfavorablethankraftpulpunderthesesameconditions.IntroductionTheorganicsolventpulpingmethodwasproposedmorethanadecadeago.Itspurposewastoreplacetraditionalpulpingmethods,andseeknewwaystoimprovepaperqualityandquantity.Comparedwiththelowboilingpointorganicsolventpulping,thehighboilingpointorganicsolvent(Boilingpointgreaterthan150°C)pulpinghavetheadvantagesofsmallerpulpvaporpressure,highsafety,easyoperate,easysolventreuseaftercookingandetc.Withtheadvancementofmodernpulpandpapertechnology,highboilingpointorganicsolventpulpinginherentadvantagetohavebetterprospects.[1]Inthispaper,throughcomparingbleachabilityoftwokindsofpulp,thedifferencesbetweenpinuskesiyadiethanolamineandkraftpulpinbleachingprocesswereexploredpre
